I’m Aniket Patidar, a software engineer based in India with over four years of experience. I work mainly with Ruby on Rails on the backend and TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js on the frontend, with PostgreSQL as my go-to database.

At Kreditz, a financial AI-technology platform for credit and risk decisioning, I led the production migration of their API from Rails 6.1 to Rails 8.0.1. I built Yapily Open Banking integrations for consent and financial transaction data, and developed lending and credit-scoring workflows that help process credit decisions. Recently I’ve been combining LLMs, RAG, and vector search in projects like MyWearToday, exploring how AI can enhance real products.

I regularly contribute to open source. Merged work includes a full in-app notification system for Moneygun, contributions to Human Essentials (Ruby for Good), and documentation updates for the rails/website. I write about Ruby, Rails, and developer life on this site — my digital garden for planting ideas, publishing tutorials, and showcasing projects.

If anything here resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
